This version of salad is the same as ensalada, however this is a Pinoy version. Using green mango as the main ingredient and then made even tasty using onion, tomato, bagoong, and spring onions. The shrimp paste here is used as the dressing making the taste balance. Mango salad is just a simple and easy appetizer or side dish that can always come on hand. - 1 green mango, peeled and diced
- 1 large onion, diced
- 1 large tomato, diced
- Bagoong (shrimp paste)
- Spring onions to garnish, chopped
How To Make Pinoy Mango Salad:
- In a small bowl, mix all ingredients together. The amount of Bagoong depends on your preferred taste.
- Garnish with Spring onions (optional). Serves 2-3 people. Enjoy!
